{"id":2624,"date":"2023-03-27T13:05:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-27T11:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gremibcn.com\/revista\/?p=2624"},"modified":"2023-06-15T14:51:47","modified_gmt":"2023-06-15T12:51:47","slug":"talleres-de-motos-revision-cotizacion-trabajadores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gremibcn.com\/revista\/revista-101-articulo\/talleres-de-motos-revision-cotizacion-trabajadores\/","title":{"rendered":"Talleres de motos, revisi\u00f3n cotizaci\u00f3n trabajadores"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><b>En algunos casos, observamos que se cotiza incorrectamente por exceso.<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n<h2>Talleres de motos y la revisi\u00f3n de cotizaci\u00f3n de sus trabajadores<\/h2>\n\n\n<p><strong>Las empresas cotizan a la Seguridad Social<\/strong> por las <strong>contingencias de accidentes de trabajo<\/strong> y <strong>enfermedades profesionales<\/strong> de sus trabajadores (cuenta ajena) en funci\u00f3n de su actividad econ\u00f3mica (salvo personal en trabajos exclusivos de oficina, representantes de comercio, personal de limpieza, que se realiza seg\u00fan la ocupaci\u00f3n), aplicando, a las&nbsp; bases de cotizaci\u00f3n, los porcentajes asignados al <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnae.com.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">c\u00f3digo CNAE -2009 <\/a>(Clasificaci\u00f3n Nacional de Actividades Econ\u00f3micas, \u00faltima actualizaci\u00f3n del a\u00f1o 2009) que corresponde a esa actividad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando una empresa se da de <strong>alta en Seguridad Social<\/strong>, al contratar el primer trabajador, en funci\u00f3n del ep\u00edgrafe del IAE que ha comunicado a la <strong>Agencia Tributaria en la declaraci\u00f3n censal<\/strong> (cada actividad econ\u00f3mica que se realiza debe comunicarse y tiene un ep\u00edgrafe), se asigna en la &nbsp;Tesorer\u00eda General de la Seguridad Social el c\u00f3digo CNAE correspondiente (tambi\u00e9n al producirse el alta de un aut\u00f3nomo, aunque actualmente, en este caso, el porcentaje de cotizaci\u00f3n no var\u00eda seg\u00fan la actividad).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignwide size-large\"><a href=\"http:\/\/sircat.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"732\" src=\"https:\/\/gremibcn.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Publicidad-Sircat-num101-1-min-1024x732.png\" alt=\"Publicidad Sircat\" class=\"wp-image-2625\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 style=\"text-transform: uppercase; text-align: center;margin-top: 2em !important;\">Necesitas <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gremibcn.com\/revista\/log-in\/\">iniciar sesi\u00f3n<\/a><\/strong> para poder seguir viendo este contenido<\/h4>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En algunos casos, observamos que se cotiza incorrectamente por exceso.
