Ley de Protecci\u00f3n al Informante<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n

La <\/em>Ley 2\/2023, reguladora de la protecci\u00f3n de las personas que informen sobre infracciones normativas<\/strong> y de lucha contra la corrupci\u00f3n<\/em><\/a> obliga a las empresas de m\u00e1s de 50 trabajadores a tener un sistema interno de informaci\u00f3n. Es decir 1) establecer un procedimiento, 2) designar un responsable y 3) difundir publicidad sobre el primero para posibilitar que, casi cualquier persona relacionada con la empresa, presente informaci\u00f3n respecto a infracciones.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La finalidad principal de la ley es, proteger a las personas que en un contexto laboral y\/o profesional detecten infracciones penales o administrativas<\/u> graves o muy graves<\/strong> y las comuniquen mediante los mecanismos regulados en la misma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
